The Sandwell Vaccination team will be in school on Wednesday 19th June 2024 to administer the DTP and Meningitis vaccinations to Year 9, Year 10 and Year 11 students that may have missed them.
Please see the letter below for more information and for the E-consent link. There is an option to decline if required but we must have a form completed for each student.
