The Sandwell Vaccination team will be in school on Friday 13th January 2023 to administer the flu nasal spray to students in Years 7, 8 and 9.
Consent forms must be completed even if you wish to decline the vaccine. If you are unable to access the consent form please let us know so that we can provide you with a paper copy.
