Food Voucher Scheme - Easter Holidays

Dear Parent/ Guardian,

Please see below for the message that Sandwell Council has issued regarding the Free School Meal Voucher Scheme:

Due to timescales, no vouchers will be issued before the Easter Holidays, but multiples of the vouchers may be funded later in the year.

It is likely that should vouchers continue to be offered over the next financial year, that the arrangements will be similar to at Christmas-time, when vouchers totalling £60 per child were issued to cover the equivalent of multiple holidays at once. This reduces the cost of administrating this for our schools. We will update schools when decisions on the future funding of the vouchers have been made.
