Message to parents/carers for Year 9, 10 and 11:
The Sandwell Vaccination team will be in school on Friday 5th July 2024 for a catch up session to administer the HPV and the DTP and Meningitis vaccinations to Year 8, Year 9 and Year 10 students that may have missed them.
Please see the attached letters below for more information and for the E-consent link. There is an option to decline if required but we must have a form completed for each student.
It is important that all consents are completed no later than Monday 1st July 2024 as links will not be accessible after this time. If you do have issues with the E-consent link, please contact Vaccination UK on 0121 592 1110.
