The Sandwell Vaccination team will be in school on Friday 17th May 2024 to administer the HPV vaccination to Year 8 students.
Please see the attached letter below for more information and for the E-consent link. There is an option to decline if required but we must have a form completed for each student.
It is important that all consents are completed no later than 10th May 2024 as links will not be accessible after this time. If you do have issues with the E-consent link, please contact Vaccination UK on 0121 592 1110.
