Gresham College London - Oracy Competition

In December, three Year 12 students, Lubna, Kamryn and Salimo entered a national oracy competition run by Gresham College, London. Students had to record a presentation of no more than 5 minutes on one of ten given topics.

Out of over 430 entrants, Kamryn was shortlisted in the top 100 and Lubna in the top 12!

Over the Easter holidays, Lubna travelled to Gresham College, London to perform her speech in the final. Whilst she did not make it to the final 3, Lubna’s presentation was excellent and she responded well to questions raised by the judges.
