Mental Health Awareness Week

Dear parents/carers,

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, and the Mental Health Foundation have chosen the theme of ‘anxiety’.

Anxiety is a normal emotion in us all, but sometimes can become overwhelming or out of control.

We are supporting our students here at GSA in understanding ways to manage feelings of anxiety, fear and panic through our Cards Against Anxiety

These easy-to-use cards have been designed by one of our Post 16 students and have been tried and tested by younger year groups. A copy is also available for download on our website.

Please feel free to scroll through or print off to use with your child.
