OAT World’s Largest Baking Lesson- Letter and Consent Form

Dear Parent/Guardian,

          Your child will be partaking in a Guinness World Record attempt on the 19^th October. Three food groups; 8S1, 8S2 and 8S3 will be joining other OAT academies virtually, via TEAMS, joining in the World’s Largest Baking Lesson. These students have been chosen, as the attempt will happen within their timetabled cooking lessons.

All necessary ingredients and equipment will be provided for your child to be able to take place. During the 50 minute baking lesson world record attempt, all students will make one pastry tart each.

          In order for your child to be counted towards the overall total number of participants, from all academies, we require the consent form to be returned by their next cooking lesson, 12^th October. We are hoping all 75 of our students will agree to the consent form and be able to be counted forwards the final total. Our food teachers require ALL consent forms to be returned, whether you consent or not.
