A reminder to parents/carers that the Sandwell Vaccination team will be in school on Friday 13th January 2023 to administer the flu nasal spray to students in Years 7, 8 and 9.
The attached letter provides information about the importance of the vaccines and provides a link to the E-consent form. Consent forms must be completed even if you wish to decline the vaccine. If you are unable to access the consent form please let us know so that we can provide you with a paper copy.
