Year 9 Vaccinations

Message to parents/carers regarding Year 9:

The Sandwell Vaccination team will be in school on Friday 17^th February 2023 to administer the Meningitis ACWY and Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio vaccination to Year 9 students. 

Please see the attached letter for more information. It is really important that you complete the E-Consent form, even if you decide to decline.

If you cannot access E-Consent, please contact the Vaccination team on 0121 592 1110 for assistance or contact the Academy to request a paper copy.
