Year 7 recently enjoyed a sunny day out in Stratford Upon Avon. They saw Shakespeare’s birth place, a mediaeval king and took a walk in the park amongst statues of some of Shakespeare’s most famous creations.
After a picnic lunch in the sun and an ice cream or two, the students took part in a series of workshops led by actors from the Royal Shakespeare Company where A Midsummer Night’s Dream was bought to life.
We saw some amazing acting from the students and all who met us commented on the excellent behaviour of GSA pupils. A trip to remember for all concerned!
