The Sandwell Vaccination team will be in school on Tuesday 14th June for a catch up session to administer DTP vaccinations to Year 9 students.
The attached letter has already been distributed to students which provides information about the importance of the vaccines and provides a link to the E-consent form. Consent forms must be completed even if you wish to decline the vaccine.
