Dear Parents/Carers,
In line with Academy policy, please note that:
Students are not allowed to carry their own medication in the Academy without agreement by the Medical Officer ie. asthma inhalers and epipens.
A medications form must be completed by parent/carer and handed in with the medication to the Medical Officer or Student Welfare Manager.
All medications will be kept in a locked cabinet in the Medical Room and access for taking them will be arranged by staff.
