Dudley NHS will be in school on Tuesday, February 8th to administer first and second Covid-19 vaccinations. A letter has been sent by email and can also be found on our website, which contains the e-consent link for Covid-19 vaccinations to Parents/Legal Guardians of pupils aged 12 and above.
The link will close two working days prior to the date of the clinic so all completed forms need to be submitted by this date. Any forms received after this date will be subject to availability on the day.
Please note, anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19 must wait a minimum of 12 weeks before receiving their first or second dose.
